Fiji Holiday – Trip Report Part 2
Most of you should remember the earlier Trip Report that was released by a fantastic young man who went to Fiji after booking one of our Cheap Holiday Package Deals! Nathans Trip Report – Part 2
Day 3
Well I woke up today feeling pretty awesome! I even jumped on the internet to thank the Fiji Deals team for helping me plan this amazing Holiday in Fiji! I went down for breakfast and had eggs and bacon – it was brilliant! After I had a little rest to let my food settle I decided it was time to try something new and exciting so I decided to try Scuba Diving! I spoke with the hotel who knew of a reputable PADI Instructor who would be able to take me out and show me the basics in diving. I was a little nervous when I had the full suit on but my instructor was great at telling me what I needed to know and within an hour I was swimming under the water like a fish! When we finish Roy (the instructor) took me out for some lunch and we got chatting about how he ended up coming to Fiji, loved it and decided to stay working as a dive instructor. This got me thinking about my life and how I could change it to make it better but the thoughts could not last long because it was time to head back to the resort for a sleep and think about what to do that night.
I decided a night in would be good for me so I went to the Black Pearl Restaurant in my resort, watched a live band for a little and then headed to the room for some much needed sleep!
Day 4
I woke up on the 4th day feeling like my Holiday was already half over and I would be going home soon. I was obviously depressed at this thought so I decided to head to breakfast and think hard about what I could do today to make it special! While I was eating I got started to talk with an American who lives in Fiji but had to stay in the resort because he had business on this island. He explained to me that Fiji has a few places where a single guy can go and enjoy himself with one of the more beautiful Fijian Girls. I figured I had nothing to lose and nothing to worry about so I took the advice and got a town car to take me into the city so I could find one.
I will not go into detail on what happened, but it was fun.
It was now getting close to 4:00 and I felt like I had done nothing during the night for this Holiday in Fiji and that I needed to change! I headed back to my room and got changed in some nicer clothes in preparation for a night of dancing and drinking with the local Fijians! At 7:00 I headed out and was dropped off to a nightclub! It was a great night and I would do it again without a doubt.
